2. Service Providers (Base44)

We partner with Base44 to provide the underlying infrastructure for our mobile application.

  • Base44 acts as a Data Processor on our behalf.
  • They may collect technical identifiers (like Device IDs) and usage data to ensure the app stays updated, secure, and functional.
  • Base44 is prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Calvary Rosarito.

3. Third-Party Links and External Services

Our app contains links to external platforms. Once you click these, you are subject to their specific privacy policies:

  • Giving & Donations: Financial transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Subsplash, Tithe.ly, or PayPal). Calvary Rosarito does not see or store your credit card or bank details.
  • Social Media: Links to our Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube pages will open those respective apps or websites.
  • Bible Resources: We link to YouVersion (Life.Church) to provide Bible text and reading plans.

4. Data Deletion Rights

In compliance with Google Play policies, we provide users with the right to request the deletion of their data.

  • Account Deletion: You may request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time.
  • How to Request: Please email us at info@calvaryrosarito.com or visit our website's contact page at https://calvaryrosarito.com/contact/ to submit a deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.

If you have created notes within the Calvary Rosarito app and would like your account and associated data deleted, you may request deletion at any time.

What will be deleted:

  • Your email address associated with notes
  • Your author ID
  • All notes and user-generated content linked to your account

How to request deletion:

Please send an email to: info@calvaryrosarito.com

Include a statement requesting permanent deletion of your data.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

The Calvary Rosarito app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
